In Florida, you no longer need a reason to vote by Absentee Ballot.
You can request an Absentee Ballot from the Supervisor of Elections anytime prior to election day
if you are a REGISTERED VOTER.
Here's how:
1. ONLINE ABSENTEE BALLOT application click here.
This will take you directly to the Supervisor of Elections website where you can fill out the application form directly on the WEB. It is that simple. Tell your friends. 2. Call tele and register for an Absentee Ballot over the phone. 3. Write a letter, sign it and mail it with the following information:
The full name of the voter
The voter's registration number
The full daytime phone number
The voter’s legal address(no P.O. Box)
The voter’s mailing addres; (if different from above)
The voter’s date of birth
The last 4 digits of social security number
4. Pick up an Absentee Ballot request form at
Democratic Clubs and Campaign Headquarters, Voter Registration organizations 5. Visit the Supervisor of Elections Office and fill in a request form for an Absentee Ballot.
Reminders!
Make sure to get an Absentee Ballot for both the primary and general elections.
If your signature has changed due to illness, fill out a new registration form so your signature can be validated.
